Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from FigAnimations. Since our products are digital files delivered instantly, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

FigAnimations is operated by Talha Javed Khan. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record, who handles refunds on our behalf.

1. Refund window

You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided the request meets one of the conditions in Section 2 below. After 7 days, purchases are final.

2. When refunds are available

We'll consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Technical issue: The file you purchased is broken, corrupted, or fundamentally doesn't work in a current, supported version of Figma, and we are unable to resolve it for you.
  • Wrong product: You were charged for a product you didn't intend to purchase, or charged more than once for the same product.
  • Significant misrepresentation: The product is materially different from what's shown or described on the product page.

We always try to fix the issue first — for example, by sending a corrected file or helping you import it properly. If we can't fix it, you get a refund.

3. When refunds are not available

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after download or access
  • Compatibility issues caused by outdated software, unsupported Figma plugins, or unusual setups outside our control
  • Buying a product that doesn't match a use case the product page didn't claim to support
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Free downloads (nothing to refund)

This is consistent with how digital goods work — once a file has been downloaded, it can't be "returned".

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@feedback.figanimations.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • Your Paddle order ID (from your purchase receipt)
  • A short description of the issue, with screenshots or a screen recording if relevant

We aim to respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund is processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please reach out to us first — we'll almost always work something out. Filing a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first may result in your access to FigAnimations being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

6. License after refund

If you receive a refund, your license to use the refunded product ends. You must stop using it and delete any copies from your files.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes don't apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
