Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FigAnimations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of figanimations.com (the "Site") and the digital products and services offered on it. FigAnimations is operated as a sole proprietorship by Talha Javed Khan ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, downloading a free animation, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About FigAnimations

FigAnimations is a curated library of UI animation components designed for use in Figma. We sell digital files that you download and integrate into your Figma projects. We also offer a selection of free animations.

2. Who can use FigAnimations

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. By using the Site or making a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account and information

You can browse the Site and download free animations without an account. For paid purchases, you'll provide an email address and any details required by our payment processor. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you'll keep it up to date.

4. Purchases and payment

All purchases on FigAnimations are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. This means Paddle — not us — is the entity that handles your payment, issues your receipt, collects applicable sales tax/VAT, and is responsible for the financial transaction. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency where Paddle supports it) and may change at any time without notice. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive access to download the product immediately.

5. License to use the product

When you purchase or download a FigAnimations product (paid or free), you receive a license to use it under the terms set out in our License Agreement. Please read it — it explains what you can and can't do with the files. The License Agreement is part of these Terms by reference.

6. Refunds

Digital products are eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchase under the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests are processed through Paddle.

7. Free animations

The 5 free animations are offered at no cost but are still subject to the License Agreement. Free access can be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage FigAnimations products in violation of the License Agreement
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or download restrictions
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site
  • Interfere with the Site's normal operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if you breach these Terms.

9. Our intellectual property

The Site, including all animations, components, text, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Talha Javed Khan and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the products — it does not transfer ownership. Nothing on the Site grants you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

10. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services including Paddle (payments), Google Analytics and PostHog (analytics), and may link to external websites such as Figma. We aren't responsible for the terms, content, or practices of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site, including products and pricing, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

FigAnimations is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully compatible with every version of Figma, plugin, or workflow. We don't warrant that our products will meet any specific result or business outcome. Use the Site and the products at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talha Javed Khan and FigAnimations are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using FigAnimations at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to specific products if you breach these Terms or the License Agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
